Wafacash

In 2023, Wafacash was voted “Customer Service of the Year 2024” in the “Means of payment and money transfer” category for the 6th year in a row. The award recognizes Wafacash's alignment with market requirements, and the simplicity, flexibility and quality of its services.The year 2023 was also characterized by the launch of “TAAMINE WAFACASH”, the first inclusive insurance offer approved and marketed by a payment institution.In 2021, Wafacash Europe launched its “Wafacash Europe application”, a mobile transfer application for Moroccans living abroad and the African diaspora, enabling them to make transfers to be distributed in all Wafacash network branches and partners, from Europe to Morocco and sub-Saharan French-speaking West and Central Africa, where its subsidiaries are located.In 2018, Wafacash launched “Jibi”, the first Mobile payment account in Morocco, dedicated to individuals and businesses. This is a mobile application, available on PlayStore and App Store, which allows users to have an account to be fed to thus make dematerialized and secure mobile-to-mobile payments. Jibi is part of the company's development strategy in favor of digital innovation and quality of service. 
Following the launch of its “Cap 2015” and “Orbite 2020” strategic plans, Wafacash has launched “Imtyaz 2025”. This plan is built around the pursuit of Wafacash's growth, in order to be even closer to its customers. In mobile payment, Wafacash is in line with the Group's strategy and aims to maintain its leadership position and capture long-term value. In addition to mobile payment, Wafacash is strengthening its flow activities and its “financial inclusion” positioning. Wafacash is also developing synergies with the Group to help its subsidiaries meet their challenges (in Morocco and elsewhere). Through Imtyaz 2025, Wafacash aims to position itself as the 1st Moroccan Fintech with an African dimension, focused on global Financial Inclusion.
