The recipients of the data are: Attijariwafa Bank, its subsidiaries (1), as well as our partner IDEMIA, located in France, in accordance with the data transfer authorization granted by the CNDP No. T-DCD-EUS-199/2020 on 17/01/2021.
Biometric data
The collection of your biometric data is governed by a control mechanism ensuring its temporary passage through our partner’s application server. No biometric database is created either at Attijariwafa Bank or at our service provider.
At the end of the document authentication and identification process, your data—excluding biometric data—is retrieved and archived within ATTIJARIWAFA BANK’s system.
Furthermore, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and rectify your personal information. You can exercise this right by contacting the customer relations center at the following email address: dpo@attijariwafa.com. You may also object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons.
This processing has been notified and authorized by the CNDP under receipt/authorization No. A-DCD-EUS-673/2020 dated 17/01/2021, as well as by Bank Al-Maghrib under No. L/BKAM/2020/2495.
